Do you accept walk-ins for grooming?

Please call for availability. We might be able to accommodate walk-ins depending on our schedule.

What is the charge for pick-up and delivery services?

The fee ranges from $10 to $20, depending on your location and distance.

What is the cost of grooming services?

Prices range from $50 to $150. A preliminary quote can be given over the phone, but an accurate estimate requires seeing the pet in person. Any quote given over the phone is not final and may change based on the animal's appearance in person.

How long does grooming take?

A typical grooming session takes a minimum of 3 hours to ensure thorough service. We'll communicate if additional time is needed.

Can you dematt my dog?

Yes, we offer dematting services. It can be painful for the pet and may take more time, incurring an extra cost. For severe matting, shorter fur cuts are recommended.
